Where do I begin.......'''

Management was terrible!!
I was so excited to get out of there, almost 90 days before my lease ended I gave them a notice (I kept a copy and gave them one and I also had them sign both copies) stating I was moving out when the lease was up and gave them my new address to send my deposit. Somehow it disappeared from the filing cabinet. We had to show them our signed copy the day before we were to move out so we could get the side gate unlocked for the moving truck.
Thirty days after move out, I had not received my deposit nor did I receive any itemized list. I contacted the new manager. Gave her my address and waited another 30 days. I stopped by the office and gave them my new address again. I contacted the BBB and finally received it in full along with their excuse that they did not receive our new address and when sent to the previous address, it was returned to them. We gave the post office a forwarding address before even moving so any mail we received at our previous address went to our new address. We didn't have a problem getting a bill (from them for our final water bill) or any other mail that was sent to our previous address. Our new address was also on the envelope and the checks for our last water bill. Maybe they should learn how to read!
Someone took my clothes from the dryer. Also, my car was broken into and management asked me why I even bothered telling them b/c they can't do anything about it.
The carpet was not replaced when I moved in. A month after living there it started changing colors (it was gray and started changing orange). This was before I had dogs so I know it wasn't from them.
After living there for about 6 months I suspected mold problems (when the a/c was on and it was growing under my sink b/c they sent someone up to fix it and he didn't know how which made it spray everywhere instead of leak when the water was on). After moving out, I found mold growing on my couch, bed, and plastic storage containers. (I had mold insurance with my renters insurance, but since there was not any water damage nothing could be done.)
My dogs and I had hives all the time and I was sick everyday from the mold. Management told me I was crazy when I complained about it and didn't send anyone to test for mold. Instead, after complaining several times and writing letters, they sent someone to clean the air ducts. When the guy came, I asked if they tested for mold too and he said "No". The guy had to come back a week later to clean the ducts/vents because he was not made aware of the mold and didn't have the right equipment with him that day.
Roach and ant problems....never taken care of. Noone ever came to spray even though it was brought up several times.
VERY LOUD!!!!!!!!
Music, fighting, neighbors....24/7
ETC. ETC. ETC.....
