I have had a good experience living on the Oceanfront. The apartment I moved into was just renovated and had new carpets, sliding doors and sliding mirror closet doors. It is hard to beat the view of the Gulf out of my bedroom.
The pool is well kept and they even built a weight room with some weight machines, stationary bikes and a treadmill. If you feel lazy, you can borrow VHS movies from the Managers' office. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The walls in the apartment are somewhat thin, though, and you can hear neighbors all around.
For a single person, the apartment was very comfortable. Two people can be cozy. More than two is probably not good.

I use to live there, until I was robbed along with a lot of other apartments there. It is definitely not safe there.
