Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
It doesn't matter if they changed their name to Oceanview and remodel because they are still being managed by AIMCO which are the most rude, obnoxious and uncooperative management I've ever known! If you don't mind paying their high rent for a little bitty apartment, getting your laundry stolen,your car getting vandalized, if you don't mind pee-smelling elevator that doesn't work most of the time, unprofessional management and maintenance crew, then this is your place to live!
