Good Review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We are probably one of the older couples in this complex. For a couple that has not lived in an apartment complex since college days, this has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and maintenance has been immediate in their response. Neighbors, young and older, have been friendly and easy to get to know. The apartment itself is great, a view of the Gulf from your deck, and if you are on the West side, gorgeous sunsets from your front door area. Great pool, spa, weight room, sand volleyball court.
