Ocean Front Lofts formerly Seaside Point Condominiums

A bit too expensive. If you wanted to move in now, it's 1249 for a 2 bedroom and 749 for an itty bitty one bedroom. Just to let everyone know, no utilities are paid for and there is not much of an ocean view at all from the first floor. I actually wouldn't recommend living in Galveston because it's too dangerous. There is a very nice cop who lives in the complex and truly does try his hardest to keep every one and thing safe. There's also a crummy complex next door. This complex is pretty safe but there are car break ins from time to time. There's been about 5 or 6 since I've lived here.
Overall, my experience here has been good, other than having to worry about how we're going to pay for everything. Would only recommend living here if you have a good income.

yeah i think they are too expensive too. other than that they are fine!! I have a one bedroom and the only problem i have is i have to shop at IKEA for everything (not all bad) other than that the exercise room, pool, tennis court are mildly worth it. I did however sustain minimal damage on my moped,(stupid pipes in garage!!!) and my ferrets cannot live here for some odd reason, but other than that it is a very unique/awesome living environment.!!!! i love them for their unique environment and the exercise room/pool. all though if you do not like hotels i do not suggest living here... they DO have AWESOME storage for the one bedrooms.
