Could be better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have lives here for three years and have gone through at least 4 managers. The first one was great and then after has declined. The current manager Julie is not very friendly. The assistant manager Kathyrn is cool. Getting anything fixed around here is hoorible and may take up to months or years to get fixed. When I first moved in and the first storm my roof in the master bedroom leaked. It took almost a year to get fixed. I do have to say the apartments are nice inside and big. The safty here is awfull. Ive had my vechicle broken into and everything taken. My sons bike got taken from him while he was on it. There have been robberys here that I have heard of. This is a gated community and can not get in or out without a remote control. People follow cars in and then continue to honk their horns until someone let them out or at times have come knocking on doors. The back gate on ave. m side is always broken and takes weeks to get fixed. Sometimes its broken and you cant get out. The pool is nasty. The lawn chairs are broken which have not been replaced since Ive lived here. The hot just now got fixed but has been out of service for two years. The late fees here are outragous. Not that you should be late on your rent but things happen sometime. REnt is due on the first and have a grace period tho the third after that its $100 everyday that your late. Yes $100. Now you ask why I have stayed here for this long, well these were the only apartments that were big and a reasonable amout of money and I promised myself that I would not move into another apartment until I found a house. Im in the process of looking.
