Overpriced for the size of this box( $520/m for a 20'x10' room). The management is HORRIBLE- unprofessional and rude.. Mr. Pistachio especially, the maintainence guy randomly walks right in your room (make sure you sleep fully clothed), mosquitos are BAD around/in the building **needs new management** SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

If this "anonymous" student had any concept of the environment of Pelican Island, he or she would know that the mosquito problem is rampant throughout the Pelican Island area. TAMUG and the City of Galveston are aware of the problem and spray the area. How can management be held responsible for mosquitos on and adjacent to the campus? Regarding maintenance entry to PIPSH rooms, the incident quoted above (yes, I know who you are!)occured when the maintenance man loudly knocked several times, received no answer, and used his key to perform a management requested inspection under the terms of the lease agreement. This particular young lady feels that management must give 24 hours notice (contrary to lease)to check for problems. Bob Pisaturo, Agent
