RESIDENTS ARE EXTREMELY NOISY. LOTS OF ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION. USE HALLWAYS TO PLAY FOOTBALL AND TO SKATEBOARD. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO SLEEP OR STUDY. HAD TO MOVE MY DAUGHTER OUT.

Do people have a lot of parties in the apartments? When you say the residents are noisy...do they talk or yell a lot in the halls? Is there a lot of loud music? Was your daughter in single housing or roommate housing? Do the UA's do anything about the noise or do they just let it go? I am looking for a dang quiet place around here. It is hard when 80% of the student population here drink for a living and you cannot find a quiet place on this whole island. Did your daughter finally find a quiet place? I am looking for one. Dear "Ticked off parent" We have now installed an adult (non-student) resident manager at PIPSH to enforce the rules and back up the RA's. The fact remains, however, that management cannot be expected to correct the character flaws in some of the students that live here. Evidently, some parents sent us flawed children.

Do you still work there? If so I'll be requesting a refund on my deposit! Evidently, some companies hired flawed people, such as yourself. There are rules that must be followed and if you can't enforce them, you need to be replaced. It is not a parents responsibility to ensure that their ADULT child behaves!
