I have lived here for a couple of years. Yes in the past there were some problems with noise control but that was not part of the management. They actually cared and still care about the noise that has happened in the past. This past year there really has not been that much noise at all except for a couple of nights in the beginning of the school year. When it came time for finals quiet hours were strictly enforced! If any noise was made it was taken care of immediately. The noise was merely people just talking loud and asked polightly to be quiet or music being played to loud. As far as partying people might get together in a room and talk, listen to music or whatever they do.

This area is very convienient. The maintanence peopel knock on the door before entering. There have been some problems witht he main manager Pisatorro but the 2 student RA's have been trying and have done alot of work to help us out as much as possible.

The place is livible if there are any problems just ask your neighbor polightly. If problems persist just ask the RA. If they are unable to help further, just contact the Galveston Police they are available to call.

The place is nothing special but its your own room or you are able to room in a double. Its better than living in some of the places off of hte island.
