As a resident for nearly a full year, my experience at PIPSH has been poor in nearly every aspect. Bob Pisaturo is a below average managing agent and is himself absurdly unprofessional. You may read and hear of improvements to the structure and overall package, but I would recommend staying away until Mr. Pisaturo is fired or moves on. I cannot understate his ineptness. If you don't take my word for it, please do yourself a favor and ask any resident.
