The Good: They keep it a good temperature, you get to live alone, no carpets to vacuum, you get free furniture, you don't have to pay for anything except rent and your own food, the windows are nicely tinted, the people are friendly. You feel like you are on campus but don't have to deal with actually being directly on it. It's PRIVATE! You get a full size fridge now, used to be they only gave you those mini ones. They lowered rent.

The Bad: The RA's can't seem to get their act together, good luck getting something fixed or done when it needs to be. If your light goes out you'll be sitting in the dark for a week before anyone decides to change it. The noise rule is NOT ENFORCED AT ALL! The cable has been out for over a month and they only let you take a measly $9 off of your rent. They make a lot of excuses without actually getting anything done.

2008-2009 school year: TAMUG has arranged to have Tamug RA's in the building, to help alleviate some of the previous hassles. Time will tell. 8/5/08
