Love it here From: aptlocator Date posted: 3/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We love it here. They have a guarantee that your maintenance request has to be fixed w/in 48hrs or they will give you $25. The manager is always nice and in the office. The assistant is a real great person. She is always happy and in a good mood. They have realy cleaned up their residents, and they take great care of the apartments.
