THEY SUCK!!!!!! MY ROOF STARTED LEAKING ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND THEY STILL HAVENT REPAIRED IT, EVERY TIME I CALL THEY SAY THAT MAINTENENCE SAID IT WAS FIXED, BUT THEN I LOOK UP.... AND THERES A HOLE!!!!! THE DOORS IN MY ROOM DONT CLOSE AND THE DOOR IN MY BATHROOM DOESNT WANT TO OPEN, WHATS UP WITH THAT' THEY DONT FACILITATE WITH MAINTENACE. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEEND THEM, ITS FULL OF CRACKHEADS AND DRUG DEALERS. AND THEIR POOLS ARE NEVER OPEN BECAUSE THEYRE DIRTY, OH AND THERE IS NO JACUZZI!

The property has went through alot of changes but to me they never had a two bedroom floorplan it was a large one bedroom with a study. They do have at of water issues inside the units. There is one person in the office that home office needs to look into she in not a friendly person what so ever any time you walk in that office she looks like and respons as if she is angry all the time.

I would have to agree with anonymous. The person they are referring to is not people oriented. We've had so many problems since this new company has taken over, it's unbelieveable. Whenever you go into the office to make a complaint, she pretends to write up a work order but then later you find out she never did. I've told my husband that if things don't change by the time our lease is up, we're moving. The maintenance SUCKS too!!!!!!

i have lived here since may 1st and we always pay our rent ahead and its pretty sad when you cant even sleep in bed at night because theres kids out at 1:30 in the morning screaming! and when you call and complain the officer comes beating on ur door and tells you maybe you need to go to the doctor if you cant sleep threw the noise. Or you get your cars dcratched at night and beer bottles broken all over the side walks. please do not live here unless you are a drug dealer because you will be treated very bad. oh and anotherthing the big manager of the office is never here. when u put a work order in type it up and sign it its the only way you will get anything accomplished pissed of tenent
