Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Now called "Residence at West Beach" these apartments have gotten a recent face lift. BEWARE: don?t move here if you have a pet!!!! The office staff will make you pay to replace the carpet upon move-out (at almost $1K!!!!), whether your pet caused damage or not. Check with the Better Business Bureau on this one, don't just take my word for it! Maintenance was slow to respond (he's usually swamped), calls to the office staff were never promptly returned. Walls (which did NOT get remodeled or sound proofed) are VERY thin. Neighbors were a constant source of noise at all hours of the night. I *will* give kudos to the make-ready, she was the nicest person on staff and always willing to share "info".
