Some nice features, otherwise never again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Good location, and they tried to make the apts look nice with new paint, etc. Havn't moved out yet but major issues with bugs, mold and pests. Parking is bad. workmen are replacing carpet a lot (they roll it out in parking lot) rumor is you pay to replace no matter what, we'll see. STaff is nice but won't return calls or follow ups, mix up paperwork, etc. Walls are very thin, lots of noise. will not be renewing lease here!!!! too mahy bugs, too much mold everywhere--bad building design probably.
