Good Experience From: beachgirl25 Date posted: 6/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I think the customer service is excellent. The community is just the right size, not too big. I like it here because they know who I am and they work hard to make sure I am happy living here. The cable is limited, so ask about it before you move in. I heard check out was a bad experience but I haven't done it yet. They offer free carpet shampooing as a courtesy. I have lived here for 2 years and would stay if I was not moving to another city. They have delivered packages to my apt when I am not available during their office hours. My insulation/air conditioning is top notch. My electric bills are real low and it is always cool in my apt. I also feel safe here because the community seems to have nice neighbors.
