Great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   My wife and I spent 2 years at R@WB, now called Newport at West Beach. We are leaving only because we are moving to another town. It is a very pet friendly, people friendly community. The maintenance was always fast and friendly and the office staff assisted us when we had problems. We always felt safe. The walls are VERY thin, and it is sometimes noisy. Towards the end of our stay the normally very nice grounds seemed a little unkept.
