My wife and I spent 2 years at R@WB, now called Newport at West Beach. We are leaving only because we are moving to another town. It is a very pet friendly, people friendly community. The maintenance was always fast and friendly and the office staff assisted us when we had problems. We always felt safe. The walls are VERY thin, and it is sometimes noisy. Towards the end of our stay the normally very nice grounds seemed a little unkept.

Are these the blue apartments behind Walmart? Are they really that noisy? Do you get a lot of the traffic and music comming from the road?
