This place is ok but way to expensive.The fees are really high for everything, for instance the pet FEE is 300 dollars and non refundable unlike most apts. pet DEPOSITS.This is also the first apt complex I have ever seen without the option to get cable.If you arent one of the lucky ones facing the south then your stuck paying 55 dollars for 60 channels[the first 5 dont even come in and theres about 6 of them in spanish] with there own private sattelite service which is horrible.Kind of a rip off when you can get 250 channels for the same price from another provider.They do keep the property kept up and the office staff is nice too.The parking is another problem area,often I have to park all the way across the lot and walk a block to my apt.If they eased up on there million fees and actually listened to alot of tenants here and tried to get the option to have cable it would be a perfect place to live.

I live at this complex as well - the reason there is no cable is because when the complex was built it was not wired for cable. My apartment does not face the south and I have dishnetwork, not the sattelite provided by the complex. I know that if there was ANY way to integrate the complex with cable, the office staff would make it happen!

I also live here. And the apartments were in fact wired with cable, but after a bad fire years ago, the place was remodeled. Then is when the wiring was stripped. And though you might face the south, some people can NOT get sattelite provided by dish or direct if there is a building blocking. And the apartments indeed can do something about it, but they are in a 10 year contract with riocom.
