mold, bats, bird droppings, cockroaches, cheap painted tubs, cheap carpet, and stairs that seem to be loose....can I say more'

Lovely quiet place but don't expect any help if you live here. Many people that I know at the complex also complain about the same old things. No maintenance!!!!!! Good luck if you choose this place.
