Don't do it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   These apartments used to rate very well. I enjoyed staying here but for the past couple of years it has went straight down. I would not advise anyone to move into this complex. The only way would be for them to completely remodel. Maintenance only patches up things. Apartment managers come and go like the wind. I have talked to several tenants and there are serious pest and rodent problems. I am not surprised there was a fire. The place has had electrical problems since I can remember. I have complained about dead sockets and elecrical sparks for a while.Any complaints are usually ignored. There are leaks that have been just patched up.And plenty other problems. Basically for the amount you pay for rent it is not worth it.I could say more but I believe you have got the point. Its a shame because this apartment complex has quite a few dedicated residents that continue to hope for a change. I will be out soon. Good Luck to those that are left behind.
