Evidently you must stay in Sections 5 or 6. Try moving up front in Febuary during termite season.
I lived there and I experienced all of those things. Everything you are in denial about was true. I am long gone. (Thank Heavens)
There is new management. Maybe it is better. The past is the past but do not cover up the fact that this place had serious problems.
Oh and I know its true with pictures to prove it. :)
