Great Price for the Amenities, Size of Unit, and Location Close to SeaWall

The interiors are really clean and updated, 2 inch Blinds, Berber Carpeting, Faux Granite Counter Tops, New applicances, New Stucco Exterior. Just moved in February, and maintenence responds within the hour. Convenient access to seawall and just minutes to UTMB.
