Having lived here at Seaside Village for four years, I have seen the ups and downs. I've witnessed six managers and countless maintenance men come and go. I do feel that this property has a solid, productive staff now. The two maintenance men currently here have been here for about two years and ALWAYS get things done in a timely and professional manner. The new manager here just started this past fall and is already impressing the residents here. She even goes as far as planning community gatherings for holidays and such. Oh, and the property is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants! The pool is always sparkling and the spa is always hot! As you can tell, I really enjoy living here and it may not have always been this nice, but I think this is a new and improved era for Seaside Village.
