Seaside Village

I guess the first day I looked at the apartments and the manager was an hour late meeting me, then the fact that I was getting drunk from the fumes coming from her breath and every pore on her body, I should have had a clue. But I liked the looks of the apt so I rented. From the very beginning I complained about the air not cooling and was told repeatedly that nothing was wrong with it. I had an a/c serviceman come by one evening and was told the unit was too old and too small to cool that space. I faxed, called and sent certified letters to no avail. Finally after the 2nd 500.00 dollar light bill, I moved. I have only heard from them once since then and that is when the drunk manager called my job screaming personal insults at me and telling me she would sue my for 14,000.00 dollars and then 20,000.00 dollars. I thought she was going to stroke out when I would not argue with her and told her I would see her in court if she was compelled to go there. Hopefully she has found a nice rehab to relax.
