Save your money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   It is nice being across from the ocean, but only if you dont mind the chance of getting mugged. It is in a horrible location next to thugs with rude management. A student from A&M was shot here in the darkly lit parking spots they offer and girls have been raped walking to their apartments.
