I have lived here for two years now, the office staff is nice but not very helpful, the maintenance here is awful my A/C went out and it took them a week to fix and only after i kept complaining about but when they did fix it it broke again a month later. The gates never work so they just leave them open, a bad pest problem, noisy neighboors, and someone is always parking there car in my spot. But on the good side they just put in new Washers and dryers, they are putting in new carpet, and im paying $555 a month with all bills paid which isnt bad but im still going to move
