My boyfriend and I have been living there for a little over 2 months. We live on the older side, and there's leaks everywhere! There's waterspots forming in the master bedroom, and the power in the kitchen takes forever to turn on. When it rained, a puddle also formed behind our microwave. I didn't notice it until I was about to warm up some food. If you have to sleep during the evening, then don't live in the older side. I don't know if there's giants that live above us or if the top neighbors just stomp while they walk, but I can honestly say that the only times that we get any sleep is when we leave for the weekend to visit my family. Last night, they walked around for about 2 hours... NONSTOP... between 1 and 3. I don't see how management never tried to renovate the older side since it sounds like it's going to cave in every time someone walks upstairs, and it's obvious that those apartments are old as hell. The lady at the front desk said that the noise is part of normal apartment living. Well, sh**, if they want to be able to make all the damn noise that they want and think that we'll be ok with it, then they should pay our damn rent for us.

I guess Kelly likes to live in buildings that catch fire just because it rains, child sex offenders, and people who hurt weomen, children, and elderly people. Yes the Seasons does have sub floor damage that causes all of that noise.
Leaving the Season's saved our life. It's a dangerous place to live.
