I lived there for a total of three months and had to break my lease because the conditions were so bad. I lived in an apartment that overlooked the main pool. When my roomate and I first moved in we loved it and thought it was great. That lasted for about a week and then we realized this place was horrible. The first day we were there we noticed roaches in the kitchen and not just a few but a lot of them. We called management right away and they informed us that the exterminator wasn't due for about another month and they would take care of it then. From day one the roach problem just got worse. We also had someone try to break into our apartment while we were both at work. They didn't get in but left the door frame very messed up. We immediately called management and they said they would send someone over directly. A week went by and still no one. Finally the whole door frame came off on the inside and we could no longer lock our front door. We blocked up with some furniture and started climbing through my roomys bedroom window to get in and out of the apartment. As luck would have it someone else tried to break in and got in quite easily and wiped us pretty clean. When we complained to management all they said was, oh we'll send someone over there to fix the door. We made a police report and only then did management actually sit up and pay attention. We didnt' get anything back for what was stolen nor did we get an apology either. Our neighbors would let their dogs poop on the balcony to our apartment and quite a few times I would open the apartment door to poop right in front of the door. My roomy didn't notice it one night (seeing as the porch lights never worked) and tracked it into the apartment. Complaints about this also were not dealt with. All in all it was a horrible experience, when we first moved in we thought it was a great place. The pool looked beautiful, the apartment was huge and spacious, management seemed very nice, and the overall feeling was a good one. But after we were there for a while things just went from bad to worse. Oh and the roach problem, it was out of control by the time we left and we never saw or heard of an exterminator so that was obviously a lie. They were getting into the fridge and freezer. We bought so many different roach sprays and were constantly spraying the place down but they never abated. I don't know if they were coming from the neighbors upstairs or what but we always noticed them on the ceiling a lot. It was disgusting and horrible. Makes me shudder every time I think about it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
