I did not live here but my mother did. Her neighbor was said to be living w/his mother to take care of her. We never saw the mother just him. He admitted to just being released from prison and seemed to be very disturbed. When we confronted the manager she denied that he lived there alone and that the lease was under his and his mother's name. The manager then confronts the man of these allegations in front of my mother and then the maniac began to harass my mother. When we asked the office about background check they said everyone gets one however, when my mom rented her apartment we were never asked to consent to a background check and it was not stated in her lease. The office lied and allowed my mother to break her lease and she moved out. IT IS NOT A RETIREMENT PLACE, they will rent to anyone. Since the place is privately owned they don't have to follow the Texas Apartment Assoc rules and regs. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PLACE TO LIVE. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER CRIMINALS KNOW ABOUT THIS SAFE PLACE TO LIVE'
