If I had to do it over again I would keep looking. The other negative reviews are correct. The staff is rude, from the office staff to the maintenance staff, including the manager, who should know better. BH management also manages Captain's Landing. The home office isn't any better than the local office. They took many days to return a call. The complex is not properly maintained. The residents are a mix of people but there are way too many low class people that don't care about where they live or their neighbors. Too much late night noise. Lots of littering and trash thrown out off balconies. My car was also vandalized days after I moved in. The staff doesn't care about the complex or the residents either, once you sign a lease. Watch them if you negotiate a lease and bring a calculator with you. They are shady. They adjusted the lease to take back the rent discount. The rent is low compared to other places but still not worth the price.
