Nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This is a pretty nice place to live. Everything is well maintained and the office staff is helpful. Roaches have not been a big problem. The cost is decent for Galveston and for the quality. If you have two cars they only give you one parking permit so the other has to park in the very limited guest parking or else outside the gate on the street.
