AWFUL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Wouldnt reccommend to anyone. as said before, parking sucks, cats are everywhere and deficate on vehicles, the cat spray smell makes it almost unbareable to be outside. the building is not well maintained and if you like water through your ceiling everytime it rains, this is the place for you! office staff is nice unless you have a problem then the horns come out and nothing gets done. renewal rents are ridiculous considering they want to take your money and not use it on fixing up things around the complex. oH YEAH, and the access gate is broken weekly allowing God knows who to enter the apartment. Cars get broken into alot and actually vehicles have been stolen multiple times. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN CONSIDERING LIVING HERE!
