This place is awesome, these people are probably the ones i have met moving out...aka white trash at its finest. This building was built in the 1930's so if your looking for a California condo move on, and don't ruin another individuals chance at living in a great place. The staff is so friendly ...and pretty cute , not to mention the chicks that live around , they are also cute and the guys are awesome to hang out with, this is a great place. The cats, der der they will only do as much as you allow so grow some and kick them or something, btw i haven't noticed many cats, the rain cause small leaks that can be easily fixed by your lazy asses, cause i fixed my small leak, um then when it comes to expensive bills and towing thats your fault cause they explain to you everything in the contract about one vehicle allowed with permit and switch over your electric companies immediately cause your on their rates until you find your own. Quiet Quiet Quiet, i slept like a baby my first night, and the grounds are highly maintained, safety ...your in Galveston Texas , last time i checked the world isn't as safe as it use to be, not just this location. If you ask me, definitely check this place out cause you will not regret it, like i said think about what kind of profile the person has who writes negative comments on anything. They might not be exactly classy or a professional.

You must be new to the complex. Welcome!!! As a housewarming gift one of our friendly neighborhood cats will probably come pee on your doorstep. That would be really funny if you could chase one of them down to kick them. Afterwards you could count the turds on your shoes. Sounds like fun!!!!
Cuteness is exactly what I look for in office staff too. When they forget to come fix something they can bat their eyes at you and you'll forget as well. Problem solved! I'm sure you'll have a better time hanging with the guys though. Maybe you can get one (or more) of them to plug your leak holes.
Yeah this complex is pretty quiet until the neighborhood gangs start bustin' caps at each other. It's like 4th of July all year round! Fire up the BBQ!!!
