Overall the complex is pretty nice. The Apartment was clean upon moving in. The few issues I have had maintence was good about fixing them in a timely fashion. Utilities seem a little high each month, but not too bad. There are a lot of cat around the complex that will sleep on your car at night. For the most part they aren't too much of a problem and usually run away when you approach (just don't leave a bag of trash outside your door overnight, or they'll get into it). The outside of the complex could use a little work, painting and replacing of wood siding. For the interior, the cabinets could be fixed up...management said they are trying to get all the cabinets in the apartments replace, but that doesn't seem too feasable to me. The stove in the kitchen is also dated, but it does work. Parking can be annoying, only 1 vehicle per apartment is allowed in the complex. Any others have to be parked on the street, in the visitor lots, or in the private lot (if you pay the extra $20 per month). The surrounding areas are pretty random, on one side there is a field with some buildings. there are always kids running around playing back there. To the back of the complex is a church/school and some lower income housing. To the other side is a car repair shop, some more lower income houses and the tennis courts for the local school. And at the front is some more housing, some nice house and some ok houses.
