I have lived here 2 years and just signed another lease. The one thing I do not like is having to give a 60 day notice to vacate, that makes it difficult when your attempting to move out.

I do like living here the location to everything else in Galveston is great.
The pool is very nice, however it would be nice for them to keep a better watch on who is in it, I saw 2 boys jump the fence the other day and they were about 10 years old, we did report it though and the police came about 30 minutes later and made them leave.

The cats do pee on stuff including our trash if we leave it by the front door for even an hour while house keeping. However the last apartment complex I lived in was supposed to be more upscale than these and they had rats running around every where and roaches outside. I have not seen 1 roach at these apartments inside or outside the entire time I have lived here or not a mouse or rat either so the cats must be keeping these pest away. I would much rather have cat pee on my trash than mouse droppings.

Richard the head maintenance guy is wonderful and very helpful The girls in the office are helpful I have found them to be very efficient in handling issues that arise.

I think they do a good job here and I like the floor plans, my light bill is already up to 202.00 for my May statement that I just received. I do have a washer and dryer that I use every day.

I would refer anyone here and will continue to live here until I find a house.
