I'm writing this just to bash these apartments. They are made by the cheapest of standards. Most everything will break within the first month of minimal use, and the management will take that out of your security deposit. Springs in the beds poke into your sides, and chair legs bend if any force is applied to them. My dishwasher, which never worked well to begin with, crapped out after the first month. The leasing contract is also not part of the Texas Leasing Association and was created strictly for liabilty of the managment. Don't Rent From Lamson!!!
