To start off, these apartments a built terribly. We actually have dishes that come out of the dishwasher dirtier than when they went in. The A/C wasn't working when we moved in and broke 3 times in the 6 months I lived here. When it does work, it only cools to 75. All of our ceiling fans swing so much we actually had one fall out of the ceiling. The furniture is all bought from Wal-Mart and is not at all comfortable or durable. All four kitchen chairs broke within a week and a half. The management makes their own hours and are never there when you need them. When they are, it is like talking to a fourth grader. They will tell you everything you want to hear and then do nothing once you leave. Not a single work order has been attended to however, the maintenence people enter your apartment often and without notice or knocking. The volleyball court is only maintained prior to move-in dates or when the owner wishes to play. There is broken glass EVERYWHERE from parties thrown weeks before. This is a great place to live if your folks are paying for it and they never plan to visit. Other than that, stay away. Also, the parking situation is a nightmare. There are three fewer spots than there are residents which makes the assigned parking rediculous. If for any reason you happen to have a visitor, either pick them up or have them walk because their car will be towed. There is no visitor parking and the tow company is slick.
