If you are a student at TAMUG, it is bearable, because of convenience. I was evacuated from there for Hurricane IKE. Information from managers was poor and inaccurate. Owner is inaccessible & pulled many "bonehead" mistakes & just out & out lied (through his "representative" and Lamson Construction personnel). Uninformed of roommates dog, tried to move a bf in, underage drinkers puking on the floor, & strangers camping out or coming in at 2:30 am! Furniture very old & smelled horrible, dishwasher was useless. Black around airvents. Roaches!
