Villa Marina Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   These are very nice looking apartments, but if you have any maintenance problems it takes FOREVER to get fixed. It takes several trips for maintenance to fix the problems. Broken windows stay broken for a few days, leaky cielings stay leaky, the bug problem is a PROBLEM, and the pipes in the walls make lots of noise. The Apartments themselves shake with the passing of large trucks. The walls are rather thin, and loud music, children, or televisions can be heard from two apartments away. I wish I had looked else where. If you are seriously considering these apartments GOOD LUCK!!! (you're going to need it!!)
