I lived at Villa Marina for 2 years and recently moved: ever since, I've been wondering why I didn't do it before! The place was downright horrible. The office staff are rude, unhelpful and sometimes insulting. Maintenance is non-existent, it took them 18 months to fix our dishwasher. Even with utilities paid, the place is overpriced. The walls are paper-thin and noise is a big concern. The apartments facing Ferry Road get all the noise from cars headed for the ferry, late into the night. All in all, the place sucked and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!
