come early if signing your lease to move in

The New Asst. Mgr. has no people skills, is not professional. She dresses like she is going to sit around the apartment all day to watch television, and she could at least do something with her hair. It took me 2 and a half hours just to sign my lease. Not only did it take me so long to sign my lease to move in, she did not even have it ready. She could not answer any of the questions that I had for her in regards to the apartments. What would she have done if someone came in to look at an apartment while I was signing my lease, they would just have to wait for 2 and a half hours, no they wouldn't, they would get up and leave and that would be an apartment that she could have leased. Get her out of that office quick. While I was signing my lease, my friend that was going to help me move tried to call the office and she never did answer the phone and the answering service was not on. I heard the phone ringing, but she never did answer it. What if that had been someone looking for an apartment' Another prospect lost, they would have gotten tired of letting it ring or just figured the office was closed.
You need someone that is professional and has people skills and is multiple tasked.
Not pleased with the New Assistant at all.
