Constant problems with bugs in the apartment, noisy pot-smoking neighbors, critters crawling through the walls and across the ceiling at night in the winter, everything leaks, mold and air quality are severe problems, service (such as AC repair) is slow, several criminal incidents occurred during my stay, very overpriced - a great place to leave.
