I suffered the disgrace of living in the craphole known as Villa Marina for 4 years (residency). The A/C went out for at least 3 weeks EVERY summer. The air system is married across the buildings, so, because my neighbors smoked, all of my clothes stunk of cigs. That was an improvement over the burnt soul food aroma that I had the first year. The management is retarded, and they tried to get me to pay an extra month of rent for not giving them 2 MONTH moveout notice.
Drug dealing was all around, as was family violence. The security guard, a port authority police officer, was busted for crack ----- patronage, including assault of clients that wouldn't pay.
