My family and I have lived there since Dec 2006, and it's true the A/C has had more than it's share of problems, but all in all it has been pretty decent. Thee apartment complex was sold to some other company recently and they have put a lot of money into remodelling, and the pool has been cleaned and kept up this year. We work at UTMB and enjoy the convenience of being close to work. I haven't lived in alot of apts but for the money it's not a bad deal.

as a student at utmb i thought this was going to be perfect.. but no!! it's a nightmare!! if you don't get on the strand side.. you will deal with the traffic from the ferry and trash and debris from them as well!! i HATE it here!! also.. i wish before i noticed before i leased here ....... THERE IS NO SHOPPING HERE!! i spend most of my time when i am not in school on the west end of the island.. that is were all the grocery stores, banks, and other shopping is! as soon as my lease is up.. i'm "moving on up"!!! i have a friend that lives on the west end... and it's totally different!!
