stay as far away as possible!!!! From: UNhappyrentor06 Date posted: 3/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   When I moved in, there was significant damage to the carpet. I noted this, talked to the current management, and turned in my check-in list. A year and a half later, two managers later -- I was ready to move out. Check-in list nowhere to be found -- I was charged $694 for the replacement of the carpet because of the damage there before I leased the apartment. Extortion (cannot rent another apartment unless these fees are paid) and theft from a very good tenant! This is the norm or the current management - therefore, while the maintenance staff is great, location is great etc. --- stay as far away as possible unless you ready for a rip off!!!!
