Lived there for almost 6 years and place was great. I did have numerous pest problems and faucet leaking problems. When the new manager took over this property two years ago, this place just went down hill. She has a horrible attitude and very bad customer service. She acts as if she owns the place by making the residents feel as if they are asking too much when we ask for pest control. She seems exrtemely stuck-up (I dont know why). However, the staff was nice. They should be managing that place. I will contact Finger property and complaint on this rude so called manager which obviosly fails to get the job done according to myself and everyone in my building. I would recommed these apartments to a lot of people as long as that manager is removed. In my opinion, she is giving those apartments a negative aspect. Finger companies should look into the matter and remove her to increase tenants.

For starters, if you add the years up that you were there, it was 4 not 6, so that tells us alot about the person writing this review. The only thing we can think of is that you must not have gotten your way with this manager because we have lived there for longer than 4 years and she did a great job while she was here. If everyone in a building was upset, as you say there were, I am sure there would be alot more negative feedback then what is on here now. She did a wonderful job and she, unfortunetly, is not on this property now because she was asked by her company to go to Houston and manage one of their other prestigious properties. I can not speak for all of the residents here, but I will say that we miss her and we wish her the best. As far as the staff here goes now, they are wonderful and we appreciate them as well!
