Wonderful Community From: bytheseagirl Date posted: 4/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I love living here. It's so peaceful and its in the heart of the island. It's not a far drive from UTMB but it's not on the awful east end of the island. The office girls are extremely nice. Maintenance is good and they usually do my work orders within a day. I really like that! I have lived here for a year now and its the best community on the island!!!!
