I just had to write a review to say how great these apartments are. The office staff is so wonderful. Everytime I go in there to pay my rent they are truly happy to see me! They have so many resident parties and functions that you get to know your neighbors so easily. Everyone looks out for one another. I LOVE LIVING HERE!! I am coming up on my renewal and I am signing for another 18 months. If they would let me sign for 4 years straight I would!! LOL.

The landscaping is beautiful and so mature. I love the fact that they give you a gym pass to work out at the local gym. I hate the apartments complexes where you have an onsite workout room that has 4 peieces of equipment and you have to stand in line for them. UGH!! Having the gym pass that Village by the Sea provides their residents with makes my day!!!

If you are looking for an apartment that is close to the ocean (1/2 a block), clean, and well managed (fingercompanies...look them up) this is the place for you!!! :)
