I lived at Club of the Isle before I moved here. I had come to this property before I leased at Club of the Isle, but I fell for the "hype" and "awe" of the club of the isle. I have learned my leason!!! After I was able to get out of my lease at Club of the Isle.. I moved into Village By The Sea!! It is night and day.. wow.. can I say CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST!!!''' Yes I can!!! The girls in the office are ultra professional, maint staff is prompt and efficent!! The grounds are so cleaned.. even with all the construction going on. I had a friend who's apartment was damaged due to Ike, and Village By The Sea was prompt and helpful to her!! She was refunded her Sept 08 rent, and her full deposit refunded to her, AND she was given time to remove what she could from her apartment!! If you read the reviews for Club of the Isle.. they are all TRUE!! The office staff is rude, never answer the phone, and the apartment area's are dirty! The perfect solution would have been to bring the girls to club of the isle and run it.. then it maybe it would be better... but even that aside... I LOVE VILLAGE BY THE SEA!!!
