I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. I was so impressed when I walked into the office on the first day. I had spent a miserable day looking at other apartments in Galveston and was basically ready to give up. I then happen to drive by and saw the beautiful landscaping and had to drive in and check it out. That is all it took. I knew almost immediately that this was the place for me. The office staff, Julie and Amy are nothing short of amazing. They are both so friendly and seem truly happy to see you every time you walk in. I believe this was the only complex after horrible Hurricane Ike blew through, that the office staff was here from day one. They had a temporary office in the parking lot, under a pool umbrella, and they were there every single day taking care of the residents. They sat in the heat for weeks every day doing whatever was needed. Unfortunate circumstances have caused me to have to move, otherwise I would be staying. This complex is the cleanest and most well kept place I have ever lived in. You will not make a mistake renting at Village by the Sea.
